A massive double room is now available in our lovely flat. We’re on the hunt for a friendly, tidy, and relaxed flatmate to share this four bed flat in the heart of lovely Crouch End.
The room comes with loads of storage, including 2x double wardrobes, 2x chest of drawers, a bedside table, and possibly a small desk (not the one in the photo). The bed is super comfy too.

The flat is pretty much opposite Crouch End Picturehouse cinema. If you know the area, you’ll know what an amazing location that is. Close to all the bars, restaurants and amenities Crouch End has to offer. Everything you could want is on your doorstep.

The current housemates consist of two women and one man. Ideally, we’re looking for a man, to keep the balance of the flat even. We’re all busy, working professionals who, if we’re not out socialising, like to unwind and relax in the evening. The flat has a cosy, homely feel and we’re looking for someone who appreciates that.

The monthly rent is really cheap for the quality of the flat and location. We have a very laid-back landlord who, thankfully, doesn’t seem interested in putting up the rent. Bills come to about £100 a month. (Water is included in the rent.)
