Super spacious double room in Crouch End

I am so sad to be leaving my lovely flat / flatmates. I will leave in early July - timing is totally flexible. We live just 2 mins from Haringey overground and a 15 min walk from Finsbury Park tube.

The room is amazing; there is a double bed, two bookshelves and storage, a desk/chair and then a little enclosed balcony area. It is west facing and so gets lots of sunshine throughout the day but particularly in the afternoon/early evening.

Our flat is a maisonette and has an open-plan kitchen/living area, a bathroom and two big storage cupboards. It is a very calm/peaceful flat where we all come to rest and recuperate. It is filled with houseplants and good vibes. 🌱🪴🫛

My two current flatmates (Inca and Marwood) both love art, reading, dance, nature and are super creative. We are all professionals with busy lives and are super kind / respectful of one another.

The flat is part of a big block on a tall hill - you can see the shard from our flat!!

The additional bills on top of rent are (water/elec c£40 a month, WiFi £10 a month and council tax £27 a month).
