Crystal Palace, Mon-Fri or short term let

Lovely double room available in my gorgeous flat from Monday to Friday, or for a short term let (between 2 weeks and 2 months full time at £185 per week, starting in November). The flat is 7 mins walk from Gipsy Hill Station (trains to Victoria or London Bridge), and 5 mins train to Crystal Palace Station (or 20 mins walk) for the Overground. Free parking outside, and 5 mins walk from Crystal Palace Triangle (lots of bars, restaurants and gorgeous Everyman cinema).

I'm looking for an easy going, relatively housetrained housemate. I'm out a fair bit, but at home I like cooking, listening to music, watching films, relaxing. Looking for a flatmate who likes to do their own thing but is friendly and enjoys the occasional glass of wine or cuppa when you're both at home.

The flat is lovely, bright, comfy with a large front garden. We have a cleaner every fortnight (included), and you'll also be sharing with a small cat called Meg. I would negotiate a slightly lower rate for fewer days per week.

I am on holiday at the moment, flat viewings will be available from 13 October.
