Typically lodgers will arrive on Sunday night - stay from Sunday night to Thursday night and leave for the weekend on Friday morning.

We're looking for a professional lodger (Mon-Fri) to rent our recently refurbished self-contained studio in Crystal Palace.

The studio has its own entrance at the front of our house, with free on-street parking directly adjacent to the house.

Facilities & convenience
It has its own shower room, kitchenette and desk for working. There is also a Roberts DAB Radio; Sony 32” LCD with Netflix and iPlayer, and a Krupps Nespresso Coffee machine.

Our house has superfast Virgin Fibre Broadband, and the studio has access to this network via WiFi.

It also has its own separate kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups, etc.

Fees & bills
All household bills included. There is an £18 per week fee for cleaner to clean the kitchenette & bathroom, change towels (weekly) and clean & change sheets.

Monthly rental is £650 pcm plus £65 pcm (cleaning), total monthly fee is £710 per month

**Transport & connections**
It’s a short 5mins walk to Crystal Palace station, which has great transport links into the city and west end: Direct trains to London Bridge; Shoreditch High Street; Victoria; and Canada Water (and Highbury & Islington).

**Location**
The road is in a safe, friendly neighbourhood, and the entrance to Crystal Palace park is directly opposite the end of our road.

**Fresh air & fitness**
The park is home to the National Sports Centre with Olympic-sized swimming pool, gym, classes and other sport & fitness facilities.
