Short term summer let - 30 mins from London Bridge

This is a large double room in an amazing area, available from June to September/October 2019, with flexibility on dates.

Located about 20-25 mins walk from Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction, and Gipsy Hill Stations, where you can get to London Bridge within ten minutes. There are also two bus stops at the top of our road, and free off road parking.

We are 15 mins walk from the Crystal Palace Triangle, great for shopping (lots of boutique type places, as well as a big Sainsburys and Iceland) eating out, and entertainment (live music/comedy, a community festival in June, and a gorgeous Everyman picture house!).

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, mirror, and bookshelves. It also has a blackout blind and a window that looks out onto the gorgeous view (pictured), a woodland and a skyline panorama. By day there is birdsong, then gorgeous sunsets and the occasional owl hooting at night! It’s a quiet, family-oriented building, with nice neighbours and a large communal garden.

I’m a tidy, clean (but not clean freak!), straightforward and friendly person, and after work during the week I tend to be pretty chill at home, and out for the day mostly at the weekend.
