Small Double Bedroom, 2-bed Flat

I am sadly leaving our lovely flat, but I would love for someone to take over my room after I am gone.
We are two females living together, one professional and one student.

I am going away for the whole summer, therefore I need to rent out the room as soon as possible! I have already put the price down from £600, but I will also be able to negotiate the price more.
We have WiFi in the flat, about £10 each. We don’t have any pets, but the landlord has allowed us to have cats only.

There is a garden in the first floor were you can organize BBQs with friends and gatherings. There is a nice big park two mintes away from the flat, otherwise the area is beautiful and very calm, with lots of places to go for walks or just sit and enjoy the weather. We have several shops 5 minutes walking distance away from the flat.

The room is a small double room. I bought the bed myself, and it’s possible to buy it if you are interested. Otherwise the room has a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful view from bedroom, where you can watch as the sun goes down.

The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, gas hobs, kettle, fridge and freezer, as well as a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Perfect amount of space for two people!

Norwood Junction is 7 min away by bus. You have bus stops with the 196, 468, 249 and 450 about 5-7 minutes away.
