We have two double rooms available in a newly renovated and refurbished home in Crystal Palace.

Located a stone throw walk from all the amenities of vibrant Cristal Palace Triangle.

Rent is inclusive of ALL bills.

The property has been just refurbished to a very high standard and offers a lovely and clean accommodation. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a very big garden with patio and grass areas. We have a BBQ for fun summer get togethers.

All rooms are furnished and come with a new double bed with plenty of underbed storage.

Bedroom 1 ~ £900
Large room. Offers a wardrobe with mirror, a large chest of drawers and Two bedside tables. The bed is ottoman and offers so much storage space underneath.

Bedroom 2 - £750

Double bedroom with storage, large cupboard, a tall set of drawers, and a clothing rail for hanging.

All facilities in the bathroom are new. There is a bath and the shower is a rainfall shower for relaxing showers.

The house has double glazed windows, ideal for coming into the winter months and newly installed heating and hot water system-we won’t be cold!

The kitchen is brand new and includes an induction rangemaster for any keen foodies. There is an American style fridge, with ample space.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer.

Just 5 minutes walk there is Crystal Palace Triangle, with its artisan coffee shops, well-rated restaurants and plenty of quirky independent shops and antique stores.
