Hi, I'm looking for the right person or couple to live in my lovely 2/3 bedroom flat which I am sadly moving out of. My flat is a large ground floor Victorian conversion with direct access to a peaceful garden. I have a double ensuite room to rent out: although this is a flat share, my existing lodger has a basement room and you would basically have the run of the ground floor as she is out early and back late and doesn't use the living room.
So you would have to yourself:
-a double ensuite room
-another double room which could be used as a study
-a large living room
-a kitchen ( my current lodger hardly uses it)
-direct access to the garden
Crystal Palace Triangle is 5 minutes walk away with loads of good bars, pubs and restaurants and an Everyman cinema. Westow Park which is a wonderful little park is opposite and the Saturday farmers' market is at the top of the road. Gipsy Hill station with connections to Victoria & London Bridge is a 10 minute walk away and the London Overground is 15 mins away too.
I love my flat (and the area) and would prefer not to be moving out so am looking for someone who will really look after it for at least 12 months. I am only able to rent it out to one other person or a couple and am happy to consider pets.
