In addition, there is a large storeroom in basement for overflow items.
The house is in a small, quiet gated development right on the Crystal Palace Triangle, with access on the doorstep to a wide range of bars, pubs, independent shops and eateries, Everyman Cinema, library, supermarket, as well as lovely open green spaces - Westow Park next door to the square, Crystal Palace Sports Centre with Olympic swimming pool and other sports facilities. Transport links are excellent, with frequent trains from Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill to Victoria and London Bridge in 25 minutes (with connection at Balham onto the Northern Line); also, overland trains from Crystal Palace to Canada Water in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk to Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill stations.
Bus stops to various destinations are one minute's walk from the house, including to Brixton for the tube network. Smoking is not permitted in the house but lodgers can smoke in the covered porch.
