Lovely Double Room in Crystal Palace

Hello!

I am looking for a new housemate to join me in a spacious two bed flat in Crystal Palace. The flat has a large living room and separate kitchen, which is also a good size. Additionally there is a massive, south facing balcony that is an absolute sun trap!

The room itself has a double Ottoman style bed, which has plenty of storage space underneath.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet and friendly block that is a 10 minute walk from Crystal Palace triangle and it’s collection of pubs, shops and cafes. There is a bus stop right outside the door which is served by the 249, 196, 468 and x68 routes and it’s a 10 minute ride to either Crystal Palace, West Norwood or Norwood Junction stations. Alternatively, you can ride all the way into town, which I do for work.

I’m a friendly, 35 year old professional and I like Theatre, Football (not obsessively so), Literature, Films, Running and going to the pub with my mates (when that was a thing). After work or on the weekends I’m often out and about, but also like to hang out at home. I’m up for having a chat of an an evening but also very considerate of other people’s space and downtime.
