I'm looking for a part-time flatmate to share my lovely first floor flat, three minutes from Crystal Palace park and station - with direct links to Victoria, London Bridge, West Croydon and Shoreditch High Street.
Crystal Palace is a buzzing community with a range of pubs, restaurants, bars and boutique shops - within a 10-minute walk.
There is free street parking outside the flat.
The room is suitable for someone whose main home is too far from London to commute to work or college everyday - and just needs a place to stay 4 nights each week.
I have stipulated Monday to Thursday – but can be flexible on days to accommodate shift work. Happy to take short-term guests.
The bedroom is at the back of the property - looking out onto a small quiet road and Crystal Palace Park - which boast a boating lake, dinosaurs and a cafe.
There is limited storage for the clothing you will need for the few days you're staying each week.
The flat has wifi and is clean and tastefully decorated with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings.
