Crystal Palace Studio To Rent Short Term Let :)

A lovely studio flat to rent in Crystal Palace a 5-10 minute walk from Crystal Palace Park and a 5-7 minute walk to the station.

The studio flat has a lovely communal garden with beautiful trees surrounding the building.

There is a bathroom and toilet (bath/shower) and a kitchen. Both of these are closed off with external doors so it's not actually a studio but more of a small flat.

I have a desk and there is room if you'd like to also bring your own desk temporarily for work etc. I have a yoga mat for any yogi's who wish to meditate or do yoga as there is a lot of space.

The bed is a double bed and around this, there is still space to move and exercise.

The kitchen has all the goods needed except for the microwave.

The landlady lives 5 minutes down the road if there are ever any issues but it's unlikely. The neighbours in the building are all really nice there is a family with two children and the rest are professionals.

Bills are included.

I am looking to return at the end of December so would ideally like someone from October 12th - December 24th but welcome shorter monthly lets if there is interest for this.
