The bedroom is exceptionally light thanks to the large picture window looking onto neighbouring gardens and allotments and the kitchen has direct access to the private garden at the back. With a bus stop two minutes from the front door and a sense of rural calm at the back, this flat has the best of both worlds.

The flat has all the character of the Victorian house it once was with the mod cons you would expect from a recent refurbishment: a washing machine, a mini-freezer and a microwave. Originally set up as an Airbnb rental, the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and pans, and bed linen and towels are provided. (The flat is also home to the owner's collection of books!)

The flat is available on a short-let basis (3-6 months) in the first instance while the owner is abroad, but may be available as a longterm rental, furnished or unfurnished, in future. All bills - council tax, water, electricity, gas and high-fibre broadband - are included in the rent. It would suit a single person or a couple.
