Belvedere Road is literally the most sought after (and beautiful) road to live in within the Crystal Palace area, here are a few reasons why! Crystal Palace Triangle starts at the top of the road (the retro Everyman cinema, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques and a big Sainsburys) and Crystal Palace station (along with the park) is a realistic 5 minute walk away. There are direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria and the London Overground, so you can pick up the Jubilee Line at Canada Water from Crystal Palace within 18 minutes! There is also a night bus from central London that stops a few minutes walk away, and various bus routes into central London and other areas of SE London. There is a beautiful lake within 7 minute walk from the flat and lots of open green spaces for walks.

So to the flat itself…..just look at the photos! It’s beautiful and stylish and nearly decorated. All bills such as ultra fast broadband and utilities included and there is a large desk in your bedroom, so you have the privacy to work from home if needed. There is a private garden with the flat too. There are no parking restrictions in the road, so a permit isn’t required, I always manage to park my car.

So to me….. I’m a 38 year old professional female (Social Worker), who is easy going, sociable and loves London life. I’m out a fair amount and spend some of my working week in the office. I’m ideally looking for a professional male to rent the room (I find the dynamics of living with a man more balanced than two women, sorry ladies!).
