My one bedroom flat is becoming available at the start of February.

The flat is 540sq foot, compromises of a large double bedroom, a large living room and separate kitchen. The flat is on the ground floor of an small ex-local building and has loads of natural light.

It's a 5 minute walk from Crystal Palace triangle that is full of lots of pubs and lovely places to eat. There is also now an Everyman cinema as well as a range of nice shops and beautiful parks nearby.

There is free on street parking right outside the flat, as well as being within short working distance from Crystal Palace overground and Gipsy Hill station. There are great bus links to Brixton too.

The property is currently on the market and I have had the same tenant in there since October 2018, but sadly she is moving out. I would like a tenant to take the property on until it sells which could be anywhere between 3-8 months....

The flat comes fully furnished, but happy to remove/add things as needed. I will be managing the property myself and would like to think I'm a very reasonable landlady as I would like someone to treat this flat respectfully and make it their little home.
