Clean, Friendly, Stylish Garden Flat, 1 Flatmate

A gorgeous room available with flexible moving date (in May/June) in a very clean, nicely decorated garden flat with cute brother and sister cats and their friendly owner. The cats go to the bathroom outside, there are no smells or hair...but please do like cats.

Looking for another woman who is friendly, likes things clean/tidy and works outside of the home during the day - we will be two people in total.

Amazing garden and raised deck, as part of a lovely big, stylish flat, in a great location. You can leave the front door and be in London Bridge 30 minutes later, good connections to Victoria, the City and the West End too. Ultra fast fibre broadband and Water bills. included, energy and Council Tax (band D) are divided between us.

Everything is kept clean/tidy without being uptight about it. Hanging out as flatmates is optional but preferred (I have a lot of friends so am out a lot, too). Definitely want to be able to say hi/bye/how are you at least, so we have a friendly, relaxed, at-home vibe. :)

Crystal Palace tube/station and Anerley are a short walk, Norwood Junction further at 20 minutes walk (but then just 11 minutes to London Bridge) and the 410 bus stop is steps away (Crystal Palace, Wallington, Shotfield). Just ten minutes walk to the desirable Crystal Palace triangle, with its bars, restaurants etc, and 5 minutes walk from a lovely park and two small but peaceful woods.

Almost new, comfortable eco-friendly mattress, mostly new furnishings in your room. Absolutely everything can be included, eg, duvet, pillows, duvet cover, towels, etc. The rugs, pictures, plants etc can stay too. There is ample storage in the room, plus a garden shed for your big suitcases, if you like.

Sharing a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher, baking equipment, stand maker, panini press, breadmaker, blender, etc) and bathroom with bathtub/shower/bidet/toilet, as well as a huge living/dining room with flatscreen TV, a couple of sofas and a recliner chair.

Fast fibre broadband, 132MBps, Netflix, Apple TV. Council Tax band D.

Sorry, no other pets or couples or anyone who smokes/vapes (inside or out/away from home) I'm afraid. Please reply with some info about yourself (for example, age, gender, work, your number, etc). Will check messages here a few times a day, won't be using the phone.
