Short term let: Lovely room in a great location

Hi! I'm looking for a female lodger wanting a short term let. It's a lovely light room with plenty of storage and the flat is top floor, extremely quiet and on one of the nicest roads in Crystal Palace.

The flat is currently on the market, so you'd need to be ok with viewings (it's not currently under offer so is likely to be available for at least 3 months).

All bills are included (council tax, gas & electric and water).

The flat is super convenient - it's a 7 min walk to Crystal Palace station and 5 minute walk to the triangle, where's there's all the shops, bars and restaurants you could ever need.

I'm 33, a copywriter and enjoy cooking, going to gigs, walking/hiking and enjoying a chilled night in. Although due to my schedule, I'm actually not around very much so you'd very often just have the flat to yourself!
