Double room, close to triangle

Hi,

I am looking for a friendly housemate to join me in my flat. It's in a unique building affectionately known as 'The Pink House', I've lived here for 8 years and love living in Crystal Palace. It's ideally situated two minutes from the Triangle, which has good pubs & shops close by. We also have a good sized communal garden space, with beautiful trees and a firepit for cooler evenings.

I have wi-fi, firestick, dishwasher, microwave and all white goods - the room can come unfurnished or furnished depending on your needs.

The kitchen is a good space for chatting and cooking in, there is a table to eat at and all the things that a kitchen needs! I love houseplants, and am currently cultivating quite a few.

The living room has a huge comfy sofa in, and feels cosy.

I am 39, a friendly, approachable, laid back lady who enjoys what London has to offer. I work in the third sector and am fairly liberal in my points of views. I love music - I like to go out in my local area but frequently leave London for weekends away. (well I used to before Covid-19 hit!)

I am looking for someone to share my home with, who is ok with my boyfriend's children coming to stay in the flat a couple of nights per month. They are lovely, well behaved and respectful kids and are great fun!

I would like someone who is considerate, like minded, humorous & friendly and who doesn't mind living with a cat. Would appreciate someone who likes to live in a clean and tidy home but isn't completely OTT about it. I have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

We have been abiding by Covid rules, and i'm currently working from home.
