Amazing double bedroom with bills included

At present we can rent our room from 16th April till 26th April 2024, at a daily rate of 30 pounds with a small refundable deposit. Discount available for the person who books for the whole duration. Please only message if these dates suit you

A friendly couple looking for a friendly professional tenant to share their  two bedroom apartment with. Looking for someone with a pleasant  and happy personality. The rent would include bills which would be inclusive  of good quality wifi. We are practicing muslims so do not use alcohol and any pork or ham products. We would need our tenant to understand and respect that. 

Zero tolerance to smoking and drug  use inside the building. A friendly bunch of professional  people live in this building and trust each other. Therefore we need someone who can fit in easily with minimum disruption and also does not have a lot of stuff. We have had problems in the past with tenants not keeping their room clean so we would need to see visual evidence of the room being kept clean on a regular basis, which is very important. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The whole apartment has several large windows so loads of natural sunlight coming in. There is a very large built in wall storage unit in the room. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is in excellent condition. There is plenty of storage in the loft above, 

At the end of the day we are looking for someone friendly with similar interests if possible, we like to eat healthy and exercise when possible. Working from home requires a different kind of mindset and therefore someone who is relaxed and calm would help.  Both short and long lets are welcome, happy for you to come over for a viewing to discuss more. There is also a bike shed in the building and unlimited free and secure car parking. The whole street is a private street which makes it very peaceful. It is an 8 minutes walk to Crystal Palace train station and Crystal Palace Park which are the best features of this place. Other amenities like a late night Tesco and high street also nearby. Please note that the electricity bills have gone up recently, we just need to keep that in mind while discussing rent.
