Spacious double in large 2 bed flat

I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in my large, newly decorated flat in Crystal Palace. I am a 27 year old lawyer and I enjoy spending my time running, cycling, doing yoga, swimming, hanging out with friends, eating great food, drinking good wine and gin, reading, going out and travelling.

I'm looking for a female housemate (professional or masters student) to join me. I'm looking for someone who is sociable, lives an active lifestyle and is out and about, but is also up for having dinner together (with wine / gin) when we're both around.

The flat is on the second (top) floor of a converted Edwardian house and has access to a large communal garden.

The room is a spacious double (3.89x3.89m), with more than enough room for a desk and additional furniture. I can remove the desk and smaller cabinet if you have your own. There will also be a clothes rail provided (not currently in the photos).

There is a large kitchen/dining room (perfect for hosting) and a separate living room.

The garden is huge and I have grand plans for a fire pit / BBQ in the summer months.

There is room to store a bike alongside mine in the ground floor hallway. There is free parking along the street.

Crystal Palace park is only a 1 minute walk away and it is large enough for a 5km run, has a coffee shop, a lake and even a maze and dinosaurs.

The Crystal Palace Triangle (10 minute walk away) is a great hub and is full of independent cafes, bars and vintage furniture stores.

The property is extremely safe and secure with lovely neighbours downstairs.

- Crystal Palace: 8 minute walk (direct to London Bridge and Victoria via Peckham Rye, Tulse Hill, Clapham Junction and on the Overground to Highbury & Islington)

- Anerley: 7 minute walk (direct to London Bridge and on the Overground to Highbury & Islington)

- Penge West: 9 minute walk (Overground to Highbury & Islington)

- Penge East: 15 minute walk (direct to London Victoria via Herne Hill and Brixton)

- Buses: Crystal Palace bus station has a large range of buses travelling throughout London.

I'm flexible on the length of term but intend to start with a short-term agreement that we can review if we're both happy with the arrangement.
