Double room available, Crystal Palace SE20

Friendly gay couple and cat are looking for a housemate from early February. We’ve a spacious two-bedroom maisonette very close to Crystal Palace park. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and in-built storage along with a brand new en suite with shower.

The house is end terrace with a private garden, patio, off street parking and outdoor storage for a bike is also available. Inside we have a decent size living/dining room and separate kitchen including breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine. We have high-speed WIFI and good coverage throughout the house.

We are professionals in our mid/late 30’s, sociable and down-to-earth; we keep the house clean and tidy and both of us appreciate a relaxing atmosphere at home. Ideally, we’re looking for a like-minded housemate to share a meal or bottle of wine with, an interest in gardening would be an absolute bonus.

All bills are included along with cost for a cleaner who visits every two weeks.

Crystal Palace park is just around the corner with a café, bar in the summer, weekly farmers market and Crystal Palace sports centre part of Better Gyms.

The triangle at Crystal Palace has loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and boutique shops as well as a large Sainsbury’s.

Penge high street has more regular high street shops and also a large Sainsbury’s.

A great choice of take away in the area and between Deliveroo, Just Eats and Uber Eats pretty much everything is covered.
