Lovely Room Next To Overground Station

Hi everyone,

There is a room available asap in a sharing flat for a proffesional person. We are looking for someone responsible and friendly to join our lovely house as we have been living together more nearly 7 years. We are easy going people who works full time in central London.

The room is fully furnished with new matress, bed table, wardrobe and chest drawer. The room is large and very bright.

The property has good transport links ( zone 3-4) to anywhere in London.
2 minutes walk is Penge west Overground station which connect London Bridge or Canada water in 20 minutes.
10' minutes walk you can get to Penge East or Crystal palace station, to get you fast in Victoria station.
24h buses to central London.

Short distance walk there is the high street where you can find many supermarkets and shops and also it is nearby Crystal Palace park.

Unfortunately there are not accepted pets, no smoking at home
