Hi there,

A room is available in our lovely 4 bed house on Dalston Lane, right outside Hackney Downs station, available from 1st January 2019.

We are looking for someone reliable and respectful, preferably female to keep the balance, someone who would appreciate a creative home, a quiet night's sleep and to enjoy sharing food and drink from time to time.

You would be living with: Victor, 29 year old French musician; Kei, 33 years old Japanese freelance set designer; and Ben, 26 years old English working for arts & food publisher.

Rent for the room is £550, bills excluded. Probably around £625 all in. Minimum stay of 6 months. Deposit is 6 weeks' worth of rent.

The room is on the small side but there's still room for small double bed, storing clothes and a table. It will come mostly furnished but there may be some flexibility on this. The house is spacious and well laid out, with a front and back garden and a large kitchen-dining-living room.

It is located in the heart of Hackney with two great train connections (both Zone 2): Hackney Downs 1 minute walk away (regular 10 min train to Liverpool Street); Hackney Central 5 min walk away (Overground, North London line connecting to Victoria line at Highbury & Islington). Also an easy walk from Dalston Junction which has trains running all night on Friday and Saturday nights.

We also have plenty of green space nearby - Hackney Downs 5 mins walk and London Fields roughly 10 mins walk
