Hi, we are seeking a new flatmate to join us in sharing our lovely flat in Dalston. The available room is a bright double room, furnished with a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe, and a spacious shelving unit. The flat boasts high-quality amenities, including a sizable outdoor balcony, a spacious shared living area, and access to a communal roof garden. Additionally, there is a 24/7 concierge at the front desk and a complimentary residents' gym on the premises. It's important to note that the room may be more suitable for individuals who do not work from home, as it may not provide enough space for a home office setup.

The monthly rent for the room is £750, and a one-month rent deposit is required. Our landlady will conduct standard background checks, such as verifying employment and previous tenancy references. Monthly bills, which include utilities, are estimated at approximately £110-£130 per person.
