We are looking for new flatmates to join us. We're living in a beautiful Victorian house within 3 minutes walk to Dalston Kingsland Station, in one of the streets off Kingsland Road.

We don't have any preference in gender, age, occupation. It might be the best option for the couple or person, who is looking at home in East-London. The only requirement is that we would like to live with someone that is respectful to others as we are. The bedroom is pleasant and large! The room is fully furnished with a double bed and separated wardrobe. The rent is £650 and bills around £55-75

THE HOUSE
The kitchen is lovely and has plenty of light. We have a shared study room with a computer desk, 1.5 bathrooms and a sunny terrace ideal for summer! Some other interesting data: we have Virgin internet, two fridges and no TV!

DALSTON
If you are not familiar with the area you should come and check it out! It's well connected with 2 Overground stations, buses everywhere and walking distance to Stoke Newington & London Fields. There are many supermarkets nearby - including a massive Sainsbury's and a big organic shop. There's plenty of places to eat and hang out, amongst our favourites, Dalston Curve Garden, Arcola Theatre, Cafe OTO, EartH, Dalston Superstore, Tibetan dumplings, pizza, ramen and plenty of Turkish restaurants... We lived here for +2 years and we really like the area!
