We are looking for a new housemate in a lovely Victorian house and the room is available from 1st September.
The house is a two-storeyed house and the room is on the upper floor facing the front from the road, but the neighbours are quite all-day.
The room is a very large double room (about 3.5 x 4.5m) with high ceilings and great views.
You can have a double size bed, a triple wardrobe and a chest of 3 drawers.
You would be sharing with 4 awesome housemates, 2 female and 2 male, everyone is working professional.
My housemates are friendly and easy-going, the young generation, who would ideally share with someone who enjoys a chat and a laugh. They are always respectful of each other.
Both of the overground stations in Dalston are within 10 mins walk, and there are lots of bus routes that pass East or Central London and 3 mins away from the house.
The rent is £750 per month, including all bills + council tax + broadband and the deposit is £750.
* Please note: If you're a smoker that's OK, but no smoking inside the house. We have a great garden in the rear of the house. So you can smoke whenever you want to do :)
