Looking for a lodger in a creative warehouse flat

Hello,

I have a bedroom available in a 1000 sq/F small ex-factory conversion flat. The warehouse flat is on the 3rd top floor. The building has a very large shared garden which is used by the building's community.

Location:
The warehouse is on Ridley Road Market which is conveniently located in the vibrant Dalston, 3 mns walk to Dalston Kingsland Overground station and 7mns to Dalston Junction). Excellent transport link to Central & West End destinations and extensive coverage of bus routes, many 24 hours, connecting you to Angel, Shoreditch and the City / Liverpool Street and the West End.

The room & Warehouse flat:
The bedroom is of good size and comfortable, furnished. The bedroom is for single occupancy.
The apartment is open plan living and has two bedrooms. The other bedroom is rented by a female professional.
The premise has a TV, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/frizer and microwave. Windows of the premise are double glazing. Wifi and Netflix included.
No central heating but rooms are very well electric heated as well as gaz bottle heating for the open space.
Smoking/non smoking (your choice) outside only.
The premise is eclectically styled from recycled/reclaimed materials. 1000 sq/F small ex-factory conversion. This is a family building, everyone who live in the building are mostly creatives and the building has two pets, a dog Nessie and a cat Piccalily and few foxes in the garden.

About Us:
My family and I live on a below floor and I use the open space/studio area during the day (Mondays to Fridays) running my studio, I am a creative director/photographer as well as sometimes caring for my 7 year old daughter, my partner who is also a photographer run his studio from the floor we are living in. I don't use the studio during evenings and weekends, you'll only will be sharing the flat at these times with the other lodger. We have a wonderful vibe in the studio and love our space.
The other lodger: is a wonderful female who works in PR and has been living in the flat for nearly two years and love the flat.

About You: You will be a mindful person (ideally a female), who enjoys chats with flatmates but also understand everyone space as well as not a party goer, more enjoying a diner party, and very mindful of neighbours. Someone who understand creative environment and enjoy being part of it. Someone who has a Monday to Friday work which takes them outside of home (please don't contact us if you work from home some days). The setting can suit also someone who need a Monday to Friday stay.
