Sunlit Double Room Available by Downs Park

Beautiful sunlit double room available in our home. One of us is sadly leaving so her room is free!

The room is furnished with a bed & mattress and a wardrobe. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a big living space, a kitchen, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. It has lots of natural light, a big storage space and a washing machine. It is in a well connected area, 5 minutes from Rectory Road station that goes straight to Liverpool St, 12 minutes from Dalston Kingsland and 15 from Hackney Downs/Central, as well as many buses just a couple minutes away.

Hackney Downs Park is right next to the house and London Fields/Broadway Market is 25 minute walk. There are great coffee shops right on our doorstep and local pubs with a great atmosphere (The Hand Of Glory, Shacklewell Arms, The Pembury...). If you fancy a nice dinner Stoke Newington and Clapton have loads of great restaurants just a short walk away.

In the 2 remaining bedrooms we have:

Behind door number 1: Lauren who is from Birmingham (doesn’t have the accent) and is 26 years old, she works in Fashion and loves to cook healthy food with the occasional chocolate run to the shop. Can be persuaded to go to the gym but doesn’t have to be persuaded to go to the pub. Loves a good book and there’s a library in the house to borrow from.

Behind door number 2: Gabby a Spanish/English 30 year old girl. Gabby also works in Fashion and often partakes (instigates) the chocolate run to the shop. However, she makes it up by dragging Lauren to the gym. She loves films and traveling, loves a day in as much as a day out and about and a cheeky drink at the pub.

Collectively we like to hang out together but we also respect each other’s space. We enjoy a night out as much as staying in watching a film. We are relaxed, friendly and clean and we are just looking for someone that enjoys the same.

We would love to have a couple but in that case rent would be £1000.
