Young professionals looking for a new flatmate in central Dalston. Room available is a double in a large (95 sq meter) apartment situated in a new 2017 development, within a short distance (2 minute walk) of Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations.

About us:
My name is Sourena and I live with Matt in this flat. We are both in our early 30s and professional, working in the creative industry and the city for the last 10 years. In our spare time we like to keep fit (CrossFit and the gym), eat good food, have the occasional nights out with friends or chill in our beautiful home. We are looking for a professional, super tidy, fun and courteous flatmate to share our lovely house with. :)

Travel to Oxford Circus in 25 minutes, Kings Cross in 20 minutes, and Shoreditch High Street in 15 minutes. The Area:
Situated in the heart of Dalston, with access from a peaceful side street. A short walk away from Arcola Theatre, Vortex Jazz Bar and Dalston Roof Park, with plenty of amazing coffee shops, bars and restaurants in the local area and nearby in Stoke Newington, London Fields and Shoreditch.

Groceries:
There are three main supermarkets, M&S, Sainsburys and Co-op. All 2 minutes walking distance. There are also many more local super markets (a few of them 24 hours).

Coffee and restaurants:
If you are a coffee lover this area offers you so many good options. There are a few fantastic brunch and restaurants near the flat including spots for an amazing Sunday roast. Brunswick east, The Route Cafe, All Press coffee, Joe and Sons and Mildred's (the best vegetarian restaurant) are just a few to name.

Gym:
There are also a few gyms. CrossFit and yoga studios around the flat within 5 minutes.
