Room for rent in Dalston

Hey! We are looking for someone to join us in our amazing 3 bedroom flat just off Dalston Junction (30min to Central). You would be sharing with Alex, Will and Tilly the corgi. We both work in hospitality, enjoy nice bottle of wine every now and then and watch lot of bad TV. We pride ourselves in having a nice flat and we clean regularly and expect you to do the same. Definitely not a party house. The room is £850 (bills come to £75 a month) and the flat has huge living room and kitchen, bathroom, laundry cupboard with washer and dryer and massive communal rooftop. The flat is fully furnished and has a massive balcony. We are looking for someone considerate, tidy and just a nice person to join the household. Dog lover is a must as Tilly loves lot of attention. Lots of cool places (wine bars, restaurants, pubs, boutiques) within 10 min walk. Buses going to Hackney/ Angel/ Highbury/ Canary Wharf stop right outside of the house.
