I am currently looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious, bright flat in Dalston. The apartment occupies the top 2 floors of an ex-townhouse and is a 5-minute walk from Dalston Junction.
The flat has a beautiful living room, a separate kitchen, and one shared bathroom. The kitchen leads out to a south-facing terrace, and there is a further south-facing roof terrace off of the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. It's an amazing space over summer!
The available double bedroom is at the back of the property and has built-in wardrobes, a double bed, and plenty of space for a side table and further chest of drawers.
There is a bus stop just 50 yards from the front door which goes straight into central London.
I’ve been living in London for just over 5 years now (originally from Scotland) and work for a digital mental health startup in Borough. I'd love to find a sociable flatmate who is keen to explore the area and make the most of the space!
Bills are around £125 a month (broadband, energy, council tax, tv license, water).
