1 room available in Hackney flat with garden

Living room

I am unfortunately moving out of my flat so looking for someone to replace me. You would be living with two girls who are great and would like someone equally great to move in with. We often cook together and enjoy the spacious living room to watch whatever series/documentary/ film we are currently enjoying. Obviously when corona is no longer limiting our social lives we like to have dinner parties, go to the pub, have BBQ's in the garden in summer, all the usual so would definitely want someone who would fit in to that well.

The flat is amazingly located in Hackney, just off Kingsland Road and beside the beautiful de Beauvoir Square. There are loads of amazing pubs, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Haggerston station is a 5 minute walk, Dalston Junction just less than 10 and Dalston Kingsland less than 15. Regents Canal is also less than 5 minutes away.

The flat itself is really spacious and light with a big shared living room and kitchen with dining table. There is lots of storage space on the ground floor too as well as a downstairs loo. We also have an amazing garden with decking which is perfect in the summer and has hosted many a barbeque.

Upstairs are the bedrooms and main bathroom with bath/shower.

My bedroom although cosy is really light thanks to the windows along the one wall (not overlooked though). Although there isn't loads of space for storage in the room there is a cupboard on the landing with a big wardrobe in it so heaps of space. The flat technically came unfurnished so so the bed and drawers in the room could be bought but would need to be discussed.
