I am looking for a replacement in a 3 Bed, 2 Bathroom Flat in Dalston/Haggerston as I am sadly leaving London :(
The flat is just 4 mins from Dalston Junction Overground and a 20 min walk to Shoreditch. The bus links are also great and the stop is just outside. There is a Tesco, Sainsburys, Coop and M&S all under 5 mins away.
The flat was renovated when I moved in last October so it is very modern, clean and cared for. The landlord is really attentive with any issues but I am sure you will have very few!
You would be living with 2 girls both 27 working in Publishing and Sustainability. You will have your own space but they are always up for a shared dinner, a chat and some Netflix.
The flat is above a shop but is split over 2 floors making it feel like a little home! We even have a small roof below us which we use for sunbathing! The room is the biggest double in the house on the top floor. It has two desks in at the moment but they can be moved. It overlooks the road but is still very peaceful for such a central location. The bathroom is shared with just one person and is really clean with great shower pressure!
Bills were approx £70 over winter so I am sure they will be going down soon.
