Light double room in 2 bed garden flat - Dalston

Hi!

I'm looking for a new flat mate to move into the place I've called home for the last 3 years. The flat is super well located, 5-10 mins walk from Dalston Junction/Kingsland and Highbury & Islington stations and on a private road adjacent to a community garden.

Its a couple minutes walk to Newington Green, De Beauvoir pubs, Dalston bars etc.

The flat itself has its own private garden and front patio, as well as another communal garden for the entire block.

There are 2 equal sized bedrooms at opposite ends of the flat (great for sharing/privacy) with a bathroom, living/dining room and separate kitchen in between. Its a hidden gem and pictures don't really do it justice. The flat as a whole is really spacious, especially with two separate outdoor areas.

The bedroom has a bed, floor length mirror, bedside tables and chest of drawers included as well as potentially a double wardrobe. There is a large separate storage cupboard that would be yours in the hallway too. I've furnished the flat myself but there's space for any items you might want to place in communal rooms or anything you want to hang on the walls - I am looking to live with someone that wants to make the flat their home and treat it that way.

I work as a creative producer and (pre covid) travel fairly often and work long hours. I like to go out but equally I love a night in on the sofa. I enjoy having friends over once in a while for dinners/drinks/BBQ's etc and the flat would be a space for you to do that too.

My ideal flatmate is someone down to earth, with a sense of humour who has their own busy social/work life. That said I'm always up for sharing a bottle of wine or dinner.

Bills come to about £150 a month pp and this includes a cleaner.
