The house has 4 rooms, a large living modern kitchen and modern bathroom, an additional toilet and a lovely south facing garden. The WiFi is really good and we have a weekly cleaner dealing with all common areas, not that it gets too messy.
It's in a tucked away quiet area within the E8 postcode yet it’s still only a 3 minute walk to Dalston Junction & 6 minutes to Dalston Kingland station. Very close to local amenities including Ridley Road Market & Kingsland Mall.
Me and Josefine are both professional working in creative sectors and there’s Lewis who is working at Apple whilst studying psychology.
We go about our business but we also enjoy each other's company. It's a homely household.
Rent is
£640 (all bills incl) + £8 per week (for the cleaner and household products) + 1 month deposit.
