Cosy bright double room in Dalston

Hi :)

I'm leaving my beautiful room in a great houseshare in Dalston (E8). The room has lots of light; it's spacious and very cosy! It's on the first floor, it´s unfurnished, but I'm selling the bed and mattress. It'll be available from the 11th of December (flexible). Rent is £720, and bills are around £80 (inc. council tax, internet, water, gas and electricity). No couples or pets, sorry!

The house has a huge garden, spacious living room, lots of natural light and storage space (there's also a shed to keep the bikes dry and safe). There's a small spare room that we use for guests, and where we dry our clothes, which is a luxury! It's in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, parks (between London Fields and Hackney Downs), near the high street but just off a quiet street without noise.

The house is 7 minutes walk to DalstonJunction/Kingsland overground/ and 9 min walk to Hackney Downs. Bus stops are 5 mins away with buses that go towards Liv Street, Angel, Old Street, London Bridge and central London.

You'll be sharing with Otty (34). She's Italian and is adorable. She loves sports (tennis in particular), but it´s also very creative. She loves to paint and has design talent. She makes an amazing tiramisú as well. Otty works full-time in a charity shop.

Min (33) is from South-Korea and has a real talent for dumplings. He likes to make music and has the ability to create nice melodies. He's an architect, and he`s devoted to his profession. He always has something kind to say.

They like to consider the house a place to chill and socialise. They are looking for someone respectful, clean and sociable and that ideally will stay long term. Both of them are independent and enjoy their own space but sometimes like to share time and have friends over for dinner/drinks.
