The room

LOCATION
Spacious double bedroom on a quiet lane in Dalston, situated between Dalston Junction Overground station (7 mins walk) and Dalston Kingsland (8 mins walk), and within a walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Down/Central and Stokey. Perfect location to enjoy East London and all it offers (music venues, pubs, cinema, markets) but also well connected to central London with a bus stop just outside the house (Bus 38 takes you to central in about 30 mins).

THE HOUSE
There's a great communal kitchen and shared living space, bright and sunny with lots of comforts on top of the usual such as dishwasher, tumble drier and smart TV.

We are two professional women working in Fashion and Tech industries, pretty busy during the week, we enjoy chilling together in the evening, watching movies or just having a chat.
We are not a party house, we are looking for a tidy, clean, and respectful female roommate that shares similar interests.

THE ROOM
The room comes with bed, mattress, 2 really large floor to ceiling wardrobes and a side table. It gets lots of light during the day and you will share the bathroom with one roommate. There is plenty of space to put a desk if you work from home.

The room itself is £693 and bills come to about another £100 on top. Our landlord lives in the flat below the house and is great, we're very lucky to have him, he's so helpful.
