Room to Let in Dalston

Hi There,

I am looking for someone to take over my room for Late December/Early January.

The flat is located in Dalston, Hackney - a short 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland Station (About 35min from Oxford Circus).

I live with 3 other guys (2 English and 1 Australian) who are all between 22 and 25 years old. One is still a marketing student, one is a graphic designer and the other one works as a creative for an advertising agency. We are all into music such as grime, rap, garage and fashion, streetwear n that!

We’re all busy during the week but we like to spend time together on the weekends. The flat does not have a living room but one of the bedrooms is very spacious and has sofas where we can all sit, watch a movie and drink during weekends .

My room is £620 + bills (about £50). Deposit is one month rent. Comes furnished as it is on the pictures + plants and dumbbells.
