Large double in Hackney house - Dalston/Ldn Fields

Looking for a fun, easy-going, sociable, chill, clean housemate to live with us in a lovely, spacious, Victorian 3/4-bed house (3 occuped, 1 spare room we use as a study and guest room). We've got great living spaces (separate kitchen/dining & living) and garden spaces and live on a nice quiet, residential road (where you can set up on-street parking easily if needed).

The house is near Hackney downs (5 min walk), Dalston Kingsland & Junction (10 min walk), London Fields (10 min walk), Broadway market (20 mins), Canal & Victoria Park!

The room is furnished with a fitted wardrobe, bed and option to buy desk/chair from current tenant. It's available from end of Feb / early March.

Your housemates would be 2 girls (Serena & Lauren). We both work full-time, Lauren mostly from home and Serena 4 days in office. Lauren works in sustainability and Serena is a management consultant. We are both chill, easy-going, sociable, veggie and like chatting & hanging out if we are both free - going to the pub/park, drinking wine/margs, working out, having dinner parties, dancing, going out. We also sometimes do some dog-sitting (clean, non-shedding dogs only) so probably not best if you are scared of dogs!
