Double Bedroom in a great house in Dalston

It is with great sadness that I am saying goodbye to this amazing place that has been my home for the past 6 years. My girlfriend has convinced me to move in with her, which means that there will be a room available for the next lucky person who gets to live there.

It is a truly exceptional house with a large downstairs living space, 2 bathrooms, conservatory with washing machine and space for bikes, and a courtyard out the back. Coming into summer, this is an amazing feature - it gets plenty of sun and was an absolute life-saver during lockdown. 

The house itself is on a quiet street just a couple of minutes to Dalston Junction and all the shops, pubs and bars the area has to offer. The room is a large double and comes furnished with a queen double bed and wardrobe.

However probably the greatest feature of the house is the flat-mates. You will be sharing with Nina, Maddie and Matteo and they make the house a home. Maddie is an architect and Nina and Matteo are engineers. We all have our own lives but we're extremely sociable and enjoy hanging out and watching TV in the evenings, cooking on weekends and having a few drinks (really can't wait until we're able to do that in a pub again). 

We're mostly interested in finding someone who will fit in with the rest of household, so guys and girls are both welcome. Rent is £762/month and bills (council tax, internet, utilities, cleaner) are around £100/month. Move in date would be mid-April but that's flexibile.

As I said, I'm gutted to be leaving the house and it's housemates but if you're interested in enjoying it as I have, let me know and we can organise a time for you to see the place and meet the housemates (this can be done virtually if you prefer).
