Double en suite in a laid back flat in Dalston

We are sad to be leaving our beautiful flat just set back from Stoke Newington Road, close to cafes, parks and trains.

THE LOCATION

Only 10 mins from Dalston Junction and 5 mins from Kingsland it has great overground links. You are also a 15 minute walk from Church street and Clissold Park, while Hackney Downs is just round the corner. The flat itself is set well back from the main road behind a secure gate.

THE FLAT

The room is large with plenty of storage space, it comes furnished but the letting agency can take it away on request. It has an ensuite with a quirky shower (see the chimney from the outside of the building? It's IN that) and there is a small, private courtyard area accessible from the room. The room is perfect for couples but would also suit a single occupant.

There is also a huge living area which is brilliant for film nights, cocktail nights, takesways you name it. In the kitchen area there is a large cooker and plenty of cupboard space.

THE FLATMATES

You would be sharing with two other flatmates, Fran and Marc, who are laid back and lovely! There is a good balance of socialising, but also plenty of room for you to work and relax independantly.

We have both been working from home for the past few months. There is a working from home setup upstairs and space in the room for a desk.
