Double Room In Dalston

Hi we're looking for a new housemate to rent our spare double room in Dalston which will be available to move in on the 10th July

The Room
The room is a good size double room with a large walk in wardrobe, double bed and desk and chair. The large window makes the room nice and bright and the hardwood floor is easy to keep clean.

The House
Very big and spacious new build house with three floors. The kitchen and living room is open plan with a big screen TV and large sofa. There are three bathrooms and a small courtyard at the back.

The Location
The house is in a great location with the vibrant areas of Dalston, Hackney, Islington and Stoke Newington all within walking distance. Loads of really nice pubs, bars and restaurants nearby and some lovely green spaces too. Good transport links with Dalston Junction and Kingsland Overground stations a few minutes walk away and Highbury & Islington underground station a fifteen minute walk away.

Us
We're three lads from Sheffield who all work full time and generally enjoy chilling out at home in the early part of the week and socialising together and also with our own friends at the weekends. We're all into music, sport, festivals, socialising and going to Dalston's many great pubs!

Bills are £120 per month which covers Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, TV licence and a fortnightly cleaner of the communal areas.

Before move in we'll need the six week deposit and first months rent in advance and also photo ID for the Landlord who will not charge an admin fee

We're hoping to get a flatmate lined up a couple of weeks before the move-in date, so if the above sounds suitable please get in touch and we'll arrange a viewing :-)
