Looking for a lodger to rent my spare room available from mid October. I'm a photographer who works a lot from home so I'm looking for a professional who works out of the house during the day. I'm a sociable, friendly person but also value my space and time alone. I like to keep the flat tidy so am looking for someone who is similar in that respect.
The apartment is spacious and split over 2 floors so there is a lot of privacy. The spare bedroom is light, has lots of storage space and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The street is quiet and there are excellent transport links (Dalston Kingsland/Dalston Junction overground stations are 5 mins walk away). Lodgers would be very welcome to use the shared living space, kitchen and garden.
