THE FLAT:
It’s a 2-bed flat sitting on the 1st floor of a small new build block on a quiet residential street in De Beauvoir Town, a 3-minute walk from Dalston Junction overground station. The flat has a huge living area, a kitchen with integrated appliances, 2 bathrooms and lots of room for storage.

LOCATION:
All Dalston highlights including bars, clubs, restaurants, independent shops on Kingsland Rd, Stoke Newington High St., Church St. and London Fields are minutes away. The commute to Central, the City and Stratford is easy on the Overground from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. There is also plenty of buses going towards King’s Cross, down to Shoreditch and Liverpool St., and around Hackney.

HOUSMATE:
You’ll be living with me or on your own when I’m away. During the week I work as a lecturer at UCL. I keep it chill during the week, and wander around, go to bars, music venues, cinema and galleries, and have friends over sometimes on weekends.
