Very modern flat in Dalston!!!

Hello!!

I am looking to fill two rooms. Both have a queen sized bed with large floor to ceiling windows. The flat is amazingly located between Dalston junction and Dalston kingsland. Very modern building with underfloor heating, a concierge to collect all parcels, large private balcony (south facing) and a communal roof terrace with views of the city.

I am 23 years old currently doing 2 days in the office and the rest wfh. If you wfh too that is not a problem as there is enough space in the flat (currently all 3 of us work mostly from home). I am quite social and like to have a active social life outside the flat but also enjoy my evenings in. Looking for fun and *clean* flatmates who like to occasionally hang out in the evenings but also have their own thing going on. Ideally someone who is looking to have a home rather than just a place to sleep!

I am considering getting a kitten so please if you have allergies or dislike cats this may not work for you.
