Currently living in a cosy 2 bedroom flat, 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland. My current flatmate will be moving out by 15th September and looking for someone to take his place - this will be a minimum 6 months contract.
Your bedroom will have a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a bedside table. You also have your own private bathroom and toilet that is situated in the hallway right in front of the room.
There is a large shared kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony area.
The flat is located in a sought-after area with 2 overground stations (Dalston Junction and Dalston KIngsland) just a 5-10 mins walk. Kingsland Shopping Centre is only a 5 mins walk, where you can find Sainsbury's, Aldi, Iceland, Superdrug, and many more. A 15 mins walk to London fields park and market. There are many pubs and bars nearby, also shops and restaurants.
About me,
I'm currently a Post-grad student working part-time as a Fashion design assistant. I spend most of my time in the flat or in Uni studying and working at the office two days a week.
I'm looking for someone like-minded, easy-going, but also clean. Someone who doesn't mind having dinner and watching Netflix with me occasionally. Preferably female and around 20-35 but open to anyone interested.
