Cheap room with storage in heart of Dalston

Hello hello! I’ve been offered a dream job overseas on short notice, so am moving out of my room in a crazily well located and cheap flat on a calm street right off Kingsland Road.

The room has wooden floors, with walls painted this year and a black chalk board on back of door. It comes furnished with a chest of drawers, desk and small double bed. You’d be living with truly lovely flatmates - a musician, teacher, and developer.

The room is pretty compact so wouldn’t suit anyone with a lot of stuff, but there’s storage under the bed, an attic crawl-space I’ve found really handy and sole use of the sizeable closet right outside the bedroom door.

£492.56 bills included (base rent is £420). Bills haven’t changed massively despite current state of affairs as the flat uses a top-up system, so it’s pretty much the safest bet I can imagine going into this winter cost-wise! It’s stayed this cheap for so long because there’s no living room (but a couch in the kitchen), the flat’s a bit rough around the edges and there can be some noise from outside (it is Dalston after all).

You’d officially take over the contract starting September 9, but I’d ideally like to find someone earlier than that if possible.
