Large double bedroom in stunning well-located flat

Light and very spacious furnished double bedroom in a bright and stunning high-ceilinged flat. Located at the back of an old courthouse at the vibrant Dalston end of Stoke Newington Road. Your flatmate is me, Maartje, a female paper conservator (and some time artist) originally from the Netherlands.

I’m looking for a professional or grad student who will be as delighted with the flat as I am. The bedroom has a beautiful fireplace, a private entrance corridor and is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and shelves, there are more shelves and a chest of drawers in the corridor. The living room and kitchen are open plan and tastefully furnished with vintage finds; the bathroom has a bath and a good shower. The flat is a proper home and the couple of flatmates I've had over the past 5 years have loved it here, only moving because they were leaving London. Although I'm vegetarian, you need not be.

Buses 67, 76, 149 and 243 stop right outside the building and Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations are within easy walking distance. Hackney Downs is around the corner and Clissold Park just up the road. There's a wealth of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops on the doorstep in Dalston and Stoke Newington.
