Big sunny room in Dalston

I have a large, South facing room in Colvestone Crescent in Dalston for rent to a single person. The house is big. There is a shared kitchen and living area as well as a big garden. Bills are included. There is a male tenant already in the house (and a new tenant would share a bathroom with him) and I live here too (with my own bathroom). I would prefer a professional person and would consider a part time tenant (at a slightly lower rent). Very good transport, shops, cinema theatre etc in the centre of Dalston.
