Zone 2, convenient transport connections including both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations in close walking distance. 5 min walk to local amenities including Sainsbury's supermarket, popular night spots and also the famous Ridley Road market which operates daily except Sunday. Local 24 hour buses serve Stoke Newington, The City, Brick Lane, Hackney, Shoreditch/Old Street, Angel/Islington.

The house is located conveniently at the bottom of the Ridley Road markets, very close to the Turkish Supermarket. Postcode E8 2PH.

RENTAL DETAILS:
6 months minimum commitment is required, with 12 months plus preferred. £849 rent per calendar month plus £96 for all bills & broadband. (Total £945pcm).

My husband and I live away in Reading with our 2 children but have managed the property of shared tenants for the last 14 years. Within that time, I can honestly say that we have been blessed with all the tenants we have secured. For us, the priority as landlords is to always treat our tenants with the kindest and promptest solution to any home issue and in return, we do believe our tenants have felt respected and cared for, which in turn has been returned to the property. We love our current tenants and know that if you're looking for a place which you want to feel incredibly happy and comfortable in, you won't be disappointed after meeting with both Martha and Rose and hopefully having the house tick all your other boxes. PS. We totally trust and leave the decision of the chosen flatmate totally up to our tenants.
